By creating an account or using Perfect Timing, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced by them.

Perfect Timing is a web app for creating exact-time reminders, receiving web push notifications, managing reminder history, and subscribing to paid plans.

You are responsible for accurate account information, maintaining password security, and activity that occurs through your account.

You must use Perfect Timing lawfully, keep your reminders appropriate, and avoid relying on the service for emergency, medical, legal, safety-critical, or life-critical notifications.

Reminder delivery depends on browser support, device settings, internet connection, notification permissions, platform policies, and push provider behavior. Exact second-level delivery is not guaranteed.

You may not abuse the service, attack infrastructure, attempt unauthorized access, send harassment, create illegal reminders, or use the product to violate rights of others.

Paid subscriptions are offered through ClickBank checkout. Subscription status is updated from verified ClickBank server notifications, not from frontend redirect pages alone.

ClickBank may handle order forms, payment processing, tax, receipts, subscription rebills, cancellations, refunds, and compliance requirements under its own terms.

Affiliates may promote Perfect Timing through ClickBank affiliate links. Affiliate claims, bonuses, or representations made outside official Perfect Timing materials are the responsibility of the affiliate.

You may cancel paid subscriptions through ClickBank order support or Perfect Timing support. Access generally continues until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise required by law or policy.

Refund requests are reviewed under the Refund Policy, ClickBank rules, and applicable consumer law.

Perfect Timing, its design, code, brand, and product materials are owned by the operator or licensors. You retain ownership of your reminder content.

We aim to keep the service reliable, but maintenance, outages, provider failures, network issues, and platform limitations may affect availability.

The service is provided as-is for productivity and planning. It is not a substitute for alarms, emergency systems, professional advice, or critical alerting infrastructure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perfect Timing is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, missed reminders, delayed notifications, or reliance on notification delivery.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk, abuse the service, or fail to pay subscription fees.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
