Perfect Timing provides exact-time reminder tools for users who want to start meaningful work at chosen moments. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, and protect information in the service.

We collect information needed to create accounts, operate reminders, deliver notifications, manage subscriptions, secure the service, and respond to support requests.

Account information may include name, email address, password hash, plan, timezone, ClickBank customer or receipt references, and account timestamps.

Reminder data may include reminder title, note or intention, date, exact time, timezone, repeat settings, reminder mode, status, next run time, processing metadata, and notification history.

When you enable notifications, we store push subscription endpoint data, browser keys, and limited device information such as user agent and platform. This is used only to send notifications you request.

Perfect Timing stores subscription metadata such as provider, ClickBank receipt, transaction ID, product ID, plan, status, billing period, and payment event records. We do not store card numbers or card security codes.

ClickBank processes checkout, payment, tax, rebill, refund, cancellation, and affiliate-tracking events. ClickBank may collect payment and purchaser information under its own policies.

If you arrive through an affiliate link, ClickBank may use tracking information to attribute the sale to an affiliate. Perfect Timing may receive limited order metadata needed to activate your plan.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session security. ClickBank and affiliate links may use cookies or similar technologies during checkout and referral attribution.

We use information to create and secure accounts, schedule reminders, send push notifications, enforce plan limits, process subscription status, provide support, detect abuse, and improve reliability.

We share information with service providers only as needed to operate the product, such as MongoDB hosting, ClickBank billing, hosting providers, and push notification infrastructure. We do not sell reminder data.

Perfect Timing is built for international users. Information may be processed in countries other than your own depending on infrastructure providers, ClickBank processing, and hosting choices.

We retain account, reminder, subscription, and notification data while your account is active or as needed for operational, legal, security, or billing purposes.

We use password hashing, HTTP-only cookies, access controls, database indexes, notification verification, and service configuration controls to protect data. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export personal data. Contact support to exercise those rights.

Users can request account export or deletion through support. Deletion requests may require billing, fraud-prevention, affiliate, and legal retention checks.

Perfect Timing is not intended for children under 13 or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information.

We may update this policy as the product, law, or infrastructure changes. Material changes should be communicated through the app or email.
